Educational Qualification:

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
- Patience and empathy in handling customer queries.
Videographer
Educational Qualification:
- Degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional videography experience (portfolio required).
- Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and using lighting setups.
Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and cinematography.
- Ability to manage pre-production, shooting, and post-production independently.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site during shoots.
